Sprint slicing itself up for selling pieces?

Sprint is probably doing this to sell off everything in pieces...

- Local division split - Embarq
- Xohm to split/join with Clearwire (though 51% owned by Sprint)
- Nextel splitoff
- LDX to Magicjack?

- Sprint backbone to Level 3 or PSI Net?
- Cell division to SK Telcom or DT?
