super slow DSL speed

I have the express service and should be getting 1.5 but I don't think I'm getting anywhere near that. Can someone pls help me to see if I'm getting the right speed?

What info do I need to post from my Motorla 2210-02?

Modem statistics page.
At the very least, your line stats from your modem. The basic page should be at 192.168.1.254 for the Motorola modem. The menu should be similar to my screen shot (which is from the older SpeedStream 4100 modem). The left column has "buttons" for the various pages in the modem; use the "Statistics" button.

You could also do a test here.

»speedtest.net click on the ornage triangle that shows up. or the closest to your location. and copy the link for the results. on the share you results. and it will show up like this
