| Broadweave speeds
I was a customer of MStar until Broadweave bought iProvo. During that time we were promised speeds approaching 10 Mb. I was getting an average D/L speed of aprox 5-7 Mb, depending on customer usage. Now I get an average speed of less than 3 Mb. While still paying the same monthly rate for this service. I was getting 3 Mb from Comcast several years ago and moved over to iProvo expecting that I would get faster speeds. So far Broadweave has not delivered when it comes to better or faster service. |
