trparky : At the front of my street!

Ok, so one day I woke up to hear some major racket at the front end of my street. Mind you, my house is just four houses from the beginning of my street.

I approached one of the guys that were digging and asked what they're doing. They said that they were digging for AT&T. Now there is a place with pipe sticking up out of the ground and a flat piece of concrete just about the size of one of the "refrigerators".

Yep, I'm getting uVerse! And since my house is practically right on top of the damn thing I can't wait until the thing get built and put online.

Now, from the concrete pouring stage to the lighting up process... how long does it take? I need my 10/1 connection!
--
Tom
