Thats my isp. I definately agree with you as far as the charge on the service call is concerned. Believe me when I tell you, the owner seems consistant with preventing anyone from having to come out here. It seems that as far as he's concerned, as long as the radios are communicating with the tower, then all is well. If I was only interested in an intranet...

Sounds like a serious issue, and they shouldn't charge you unless they are 100% sure its not them.
