| [FIRMWARE] WBR-2310 v1.05b15
There's a new beta firmware v1.05b15 on the site but the only problem is that it can't be downloaded. Anyone know how to get this firmware?

Here's what it supposedly fixes:

| Just a thought but v1.05 was re-released after being pulled awhile back. I'm currently using the one that was pulled and have had no probs. But this version is v1.05 b15. If v1.05 is already out of beta then shouldn't it be something like v1.06 b15 (and when it comes out of beta, then it'll be v1.06), catch my drift?
If anyone already has this firmware please upload it to RapidShare. -- Fun Lovin' Criminal @ ATT DSL Southern Cal |

| reply to F_L_C I found out that this firmware can be downloaded from the Canadian site: »support.dlink.ca/products/view.a···R%2D2310
The zip is named "wbr2310_revA_ca_firmware_105b15_beta". Is this gonna screw up my US router (because it's Canadian firmware)? Somebody want to be a guinea pig and post back? -- Fun Lovin' Criminal @ ATT DSL Southern Cal |

| I can download it from the US site and it's the same file name. I will try this one now.
Well I have it updated, though it doesn't say on the router. Still shows Firmware Version: 1.05 , Aug 13, 2008 |

| I still can't download from the US site. When I click on the "Download Now" button, it redirects me to the products page.

That would make this beta one day older than non-beta v1.05 (which has a firmware date of Aug.14 on my status page).
This is misleading, they should either remove this beta from the download page or move it below the non-beta v1.05. -- Fun Lovin' Criminal @ ATT DSL Southern Cal |

| reply to F_L_C Anyone notice the time is screwed up in firmware 1.05? I use the auto update time from an NTP server and right now it is 4pm PST but the time on the router says "15:00:22". Now I don't remember the router ever using military time (ie 24 hour clock). But even if it is now, the correct military time would be 4:00 pm = 16:00. -- Fun Lovin' Criminal @ ATT DSL Southern Cal |

| I went back to 1.05 as I kept getting some connection issues with programs. Lag spikes in games and Windows Messenger would disconnect from a voice conversation or just disconnect entirely.
Oh well, I don't need that fix anyways. I'm not using DSL. |
