When I sent a ticket to VT, I could not get a straight answer out of them.  Sounded to me as if they were reading off a script (like use DMZ) and never bothered to look at my account to see I was on month to month or look into it.  <br><br>I commend VT for what they have accomplished, however, I think they need some adult supervision.  They seem to say one thing via email, then do another.<br><br>Bottom line...I'm done.  ]]></description>

So, if your contract has not renewed you're on the "old" system. These fees are similar to what the OP posted for ViaTalk, except the FUSF at T-Mobile is only $.88 vs $3.21 for ViaTalk.  Must be cellphone vs VOIP rates.  Also, regulatory recovery at ViaTalk is $1.97 vs $.86 at T-Mobile and neither of these fees are mandated at all.]]></description>
