Seriously, Charter is the same in North Carolina, just plain sucks, if you are good at making excuses, you can be a contractor for Charter.

Excuses after excuses...I wish Time-Warner was available here, my boyfriend has a 10 Mbps connection with little to NO problems at all, only 1.5 miles away.

Promised 10 Mbps d/l and get 2 - 5 Mbps every day! Excuses, excuses...
