<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/729595"><b>trafael1</b></A> : Voicestick charged higher rates on 2 separate accounts that 2 of my family members have (almost doubling the cost of calls). There is something screwy in their billing. Unfortunately the way the bills are sent it is almost impossible to catch this unless you manually add up all charges and see that it doesn't match the actual billing.<br><br>A refund was issued. I am not sure however how long this issue was going on for and I have no way to check.<br><br>Company promised to look into this error and fix it. Will keep an eye on it.]]></description>
