Account Overview now makes note of the 5GB limit.

In my account overview section of "My Sprint", it now has a note on the right side--

Connect Card plan: data limitations may apply.

You can click on it, and it clearly states the 5GB policy. Maybe now people will quit arguing it doesn't really exist.

yup; you're right.

I just wonder if SERO is considered a regular or business account though? I'd assume regular.

also, given the fact that it is no longer unlimited, I wish they'd say that your limitation is 5GB in the little box.

Also, this pretty much confirms there will be no overage charges, they'll just limit your speed or terminate you.

I also see it. But they also need to change the usage page to reflect the 5GB cap....

Let's start the argument on whether it's going to be enforced or not

*Shrug*

I canceled the card on my account and am working on downloading 24/7 since Sprint won't let this card out of contract.

Well I received a letter from them telling me I had to change my usage habits since I have violated the NEW TOS for 3 months in a row.

Looks like the "will they enforce it" question is being answered.

Is this happening to Millenicom customers?

Have any of you Millenicom customers received anything of this sort? I haven't. I just get an email once a month confirming my credit card payment of 59.99 and that's it. How about you other MCom customers?

All I get is the email receipt for my monthly charge.

rlwpub has said in another thread that the letter he got was in reference to "consistently roaming" for three months, and that it is an error. You can't use that letter to say it proves they are enforcing the cap.

Re: Account Overview now makes note of the 5GB limit.

roaming too much is a TOS violation as is the cap. I would say if they are starting to send letters for roaming I am sure its not long for the cap letters to get passed out also.
