but TWC say it's free from them

BUT when you pay for that HDbox it's 16$/ a month = over 192$ per year
Same on cox. the stuff the fees for the "free hd" into box rentals.

Bright house charges you the fee for the digital box and if you upgrade it to HD the fee doesn't change...
