Looking for a good headset... suggestions please.

Hi, I'm looking for a good headset for the office. It would be ideal for it to connect to the phone I currently have but an all new system would be considered. Need it to be great quality all around. No hollow sounds or echoing. I've been looking at Avaya and Plantronics products but I'm open to all suggestions.

Those head phones are huge. 20,000 / 20,000 KHz would be ideal and that's what these SONY head phones are..
