[CT] DNS Outage this morning

Looks like, due to a power issue, we experienced an unexpected outage for our local DNS servers. The secondary server came back up after a few minutes, while the primary server did not come back up right away.

I have since corrected this server, but I am taking this opportunity to physically move the box from the old Eastern building to the new MetroCast headend in Montville.

Basically, this means that the primary DNS (.40) will still be down until I get there, and hook it back up, but the secondary DNS (.41) is still up and working fine. I will relocate the secondary server at a later date.
