SMC 8013 - Cisco Router Config

Hello,
I have a SMC8013 connected to Cisco router 871 but I am not able to get an IP address on my WAN port.
Here is my config :

The config seems to be right (at least I think so)

I would recommend the old fashioned way, connect the Modem directly to the computer and check if you can go online, then the Cisco Router.

Yes, that is what I tried to do. I actually did not get any IP address even on my laptop.
I am still waiting for ISP to answer why the line is not active!!!
