You have Verizon DSL? They're the ones who would control your outgoing email use. 30-50 one time a day seems low to trigger spam alerts.
If you're getting a message from an RCN server, then either you've misconfigured your outgoing mail server to use RCN, and why should they do anything for you if they don't have your service, or someone on your email list uses RCN and *their* server is bouncing it back to you. If that's the case, probably everyone else is getting the email. Just send to that person separately, since RCN may have an inbound spam filter catching it.
BTW, even if RCN were your ISP and doing this, it's not "violating your rights". Your rights are defined by the contract you sign with them. If you don't like those terms, switch providers. |
