Unfortunately the way the bills are sent it is almost impossible to catch this unless you manually add up all charges and see that it doesn't match the actual billing.
A refund was issued. I am not sure however how long this issue was going on for and I have no way to check.
Company promised to look into this error and fix it. Will keep an eye on it. |
