Washington, DC | [Need Info] [DC/MD/VA] 13 Digit Account Number for MyRCN and BYO Hi,
I just got RCN installed this past weekend and want to register before my first statement. The CSR's are only giving me 9 digit account numbers which aren't recognized, how do I get the 13 digit one required for registering online with MyRCN and the Bring your own modem program?

| Re: [Need Info] [DC/MD/VA] 13 Digit Account Number for MyRCN and There are four digits ahead of the nine digits you already have. PERHAPS, your four digits (and mine) simply signify that we are in the Wash metro area.
If that be the case, mine are 7901

Washington, DC | Thanks EricS. Your # didn't work, but I figured your logic was sound and remembered I still had my friend's referral acct # and he lives down the street. For others info, 8101 is for NW, DC adams morgan area.
And I also learned I have to wait for my unique ID registration letter, so much for being proactive. |
