I was ready to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they didn't know they had damaged the pipe, until I discovered the PVC wasn't just damaged, it was missing. They had taken a 4-foot section of PVC with them, including a sprinkler head, and hadn't bothered to tell anyone.  |
