Wait, why can't they just punish the users that are abusing it off the network? This is SIMPLE programming, if user uses more than X kb/min then trottle. If user is still using Y kb/min deny them access to the network. Your telling me a million dollar company couldn't have thrown a few $$$ at some programmers to make something like that? Instead they have to punish even the honest users? Bad economy my butt, AT&T is just being greedy now.
