As much as people want it to be that way, including myself, it would NEVER work. They have to make some money back somehow in order to support the service. Deploying in rural areas with low pop. density would not allow for that. I'm sure over time rural areas will see coverage, like with EVDO (i'm posting this out in the boonies on Sprint EVDO).
