I've had VZ for over 10 years straight and NEVER known them to have a plan with free incoming calls fromm off network.

VZ has been top notch customer svc in my book and they are TOP RATED with JD Powers.

Rates might not be the greatest but the phone always works and CS has done some pretty good things whith overages for me and mine.
