The tech took a reading where the communications come into my unit and said they looked normal. He then switched out all my splitters, my router, and my modem.
He's thinking it might be something closer to the central office now. |

| I have not been able to get my VOD to work properly with my MDU install. SD VOD appears okay until I start using the Internet, at which point there are occasional video and audio dropouts. HD VOD has minor dropouts until I use the Internet, when I experience significant pixelation and audio dropouts. When watching HD VOD my Internet operates at sub-dial up speeds.
My installation is fiber to the cable closet, DSL to the unit.
Tech has come out and escalated to tier 3 support.
Anyone else experience this? |
