NoVaVoiper : I have not been able to get my VOD to work properly with my MDU install. SD VOD appears okay until I start using the Internet, at which point there are occasional video and audio dropouts. HD VOD has minor dropouts until I use the Internet, when I experience significant pixelation and audio dropouts. When watching HD VOD my Internet operates at sub-dial up speeds.

My installation is fiber to the cable closet, DSL to the unit.

Tech has come out and escalated to tier 3 support.

Anyone else experience this?
