I found a guy in a forum that listed his phone number. For 100$ I think, he gave us some random key combos and we reset it. Its a VERY generic model, Id really think about replacing it.

The problem is that the unit needs a firmware upgrade and the free ones that are available may cause irrepairable damage to mine if its the wrong type/version The problem is now although I can see through the cameras when I am away from the house I cannot access the recording side of events

lIke I say I can access it by remote via the server in Taiwain (www.advr.com.tw) ....BUT there the info stops
