Hi, I live in southern California and can't seem to get an Internet connection nor can I open up the dslextreme website using another ISP. Is dslextreme down? |

We haven't experienced any network wide issues with our service or website today. It sounds like the issue is isolated to your line. Have you spoken with our support team regarding the issue?

My connection was very slow from when I tried to use it around 9:30PM (10/7/2008) too (I am in the South Bay area of L.A. County). But by 11:30PM it was okay again. During the slow period the DSLExtreme web site and web mail services were slow (or did not respond). No problems since then.
Just wanted to add some FYI data for people asking. |
