HGTV HD. It uses one of those new D9858 Transcode receivers. Its a great idea, but it seems to have not been implemented well. |

We have not had much like with their MPEG4 feed either.
It used to glitch (dont know if it still does) so we stayed on the MPEG2 as long as possible.
When you said MPEG4, I figured it was them.
