If you advertise something as UNLIMITED, you have to be ready to accept the fact that some customers will make very good use of the service.

If it's not truly unlimited, then don't use the word unlimited or don't offer it at all.

I totally agree! I also want to vent about the so called"unlimited M2M" on the $39 voice plan that first takes the M2M minutes from my 5000 nite/weekend sum first, HUH!
