did the tech measure rf readings at the cable outlet? sometimes this is caused by bad splitters, cabling, barrel connectors or cable fittings.

Arlington, VA		 The tech took a reading where the communications come into my unit and said they looked normal. He then switched out all my splitters, my router, and my modem.

He's thinking it might be something closer to the central office now.
