Major problems on TWC TV in SoCal

I've been experiencing MAJOR breakup and interference on TWC here in SoCal for most of the day.

When I call TWC, a recording says they're aware of the problem but when I try to get a LIVE PERSON, I get disconnected.



WTH?!?
