4:3 override still reseting after 1.6

Hi,

I my hd dvr connected to a Samsung HT-AS720 receiver via HDMi, this receiver handles audio and video (not passthrough).

There is a serious HDMI handshake issue between the two, as when I turn on my receiver it will reset my HDDVR motorola's 4:3 overrirde setting to 480i, my samsung cannot handle 480i.

I always have to go back into the menu and set it back to 4:3 overrride off.

This was supposed to be fixed in 1.6, but to no avail, does anyone have any insight, right now as a workaround im using component

I had thought that was corrected .... but If that's the case, It seems the problem keeps getting "reversed" each update, instead of fixed ... (either "i" or "off" have the problem depending on the update) ...
. With v. 1.5 in my situation I need & want to have the 480 setting to stay at 480i, but it keeps resetting itself to "off" if I change the 1080/720p ....
Before 1.5, it was the "opposite", 480i setting was fine & didn't change, but those setting 480 to "off" were changing ...
At least I'll be OK w/ 1.6 ... but if your case is true for all it has again "reversed" ....

Is your STB plugged directly in to a wall outlet or is it plugged into another component?
