Re: [memory] Bad RAM?

It should help a little. What also seems of concern is that the memory seems to be running at 200mhz, instead of 400mhz - Even though it is listed as such. I'd investigate and go into the BIOS setup and see if you can bump up the speed. That would be a major performance loss if it is indeed running at only 200mhz (Which seems to be the case as in the memory test it is listed as DDR2-400, yet up top the SPD report reports it as DDR2-800.)

So try bumping up the frequency back up to 400mhz instead of 200mhz and run the test again. That should help substantially.

I think AMD's using dual chancel so this will make x2 200Mhz i think. And another thing made me worred is they have insalled old mouse port card found in 486 and PI computers.

You don't understand. The RAM is listed under the SPD tables as being 400mhz capable. Since it is DDR this means it is DDR2-800. Currently, your RAM is running at 200mhz, as the test is reporting DDR2-400. It is not running in dual-channel mode as you have one stick of 2GB, and one stick of 1GB. You need a matching pair to run in dual-channel mode.
