Teksavvy home phone activation fee?

jackie999 : I've just canceled my bell internet and signed on (online) with teksavvy (DSL premium). My bell contract expires in 30 days so I'm getting a head start.
My question, I see teksavvy also offers a home phone. At the moment I'm with bells basic (I don't even have tone dial) I think it's around $23 plus taxes. I use YAK so no LD system access fee either.
I'm very tempted to switch to teksavvy but wonder about the $25 activation fee?
Is the activation fee waived if you already have their DSL service?
