Same here in VA -- this is getting tiresome. Verizon CANNOT run a mail system worth a darn! I have really given up hope of them ever getting it right -- this has been going on for years! |

And here we are a few days later, and it's just happening again. Neither incoming nor outgoing, and webmail just hangs at logon. Incredibly bad timing; most of the time, I can just use business accounts, but I'm waiting for critical emails in my verizon account this week.

Seems to be back up here...and nary a word from Verizon. Their solution to not wanting to admit an outage: "This tool is currently unavailable."

1 edit | Can't receive, send, or log on to webmail right now. Anyone else in the NY/Westchester area with similar problem? Nothing mentioned (naturally) on their site.
And if I go to System Status and click "Current Status" on verizon.net, it gives the all-too-familiar "this tool is currently unavailable" message.
