Neither incoming nor outgoing, and webmail just hangs at logon. Incredibly bad timing; most of the time, I can just use business accounts, but I'm waiting for critical emails in my verizon account this week.

And if I go to System Status and click "Current Status" on verizon.net, it gives the all-too-familiar "this tool is currently unavailable" message.
