(to correct the article) Laval is not a suburb of Montreal. It's part of the Greater Montreal Area, but it's a proper city. And long distance.

Laval, QC		 Even b(h)ell landline is not long distance Laval-Montreal.

But residing in laval, I'm hopping some isp will have a Telus link with PoP in than facility, in somes years, maybe..
