| Slow Uploads Speed
I have a naked Qwest DSL Silver package which is suppose to be 1.5 down and 800k up but doing multiple speed tests I never achieve more then 200k up a couple of times I've only got 64k up. Ive had a tech come out to the condo and do some testing on the line outside. The tech says the line outside is fine. Was wondering what I can do in the home to improve my upload speeds. Ive disconnected any phone device and all phone jacks are vacant. Ive updated the firmware on my Actiontec m1000 to the latest version, also changed out the phone cable from the dsl modem to a short 10 foot phone cable. I cant really change any of the wiring outside since I lease the place. any suggestions will be helpful thank you in advance. |

Are the 200kbps upload tests on speedtest.qwest.net or somewhere else? |
