Re: What are my options? I was with Vonage for about 3 years ... cancelled just recently to lover the cost of my phone bill. As per alternatives, i have signed up with another provider Callcentric, unlike Vonage customer service and tech support is amazing. All by e-mail but response at times within minutes of initial e-mail. Phone line stars at $1.99 a month, and i use per minute billing, saves me $40 a month.
This is just one alternative, but there are more ... many more companies worth a look at. |
