| No picture on higher channels in Northern Virginia
For several weeks now, I have been having intermittent trouble with SEVERAL channels. Large pixelation and on several cases, no channel at all (I get the One moment please, This channel should be available momentarily message). The channels affected seem to be the premium channels, HD, and Starz etc.
I have called on several occasions and they acknowledge they are experiencing problems but won't say what the actual problem is. I am thinking of switching to Fios. |
