T-Mobile hot spot?

Is T-Mobile (my carrier) the only company so far who has WiFi phones that can be used for voice over WiFi? For $10 per month I can use my BlackBerry 8120 for unlimited free calling anytime over my home WiFi or any other open Wifi anywhere I go! Cool thing is if I start my conversation at home on my WiFi and leave my home it will switch to cell network and still won't deduct from my plan minutes.
