<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1587926"><b>jaico</b></A> : Hi everyone,<br><br>I'm new both to this forum and DSL, so probably "a bit" ignorant about everything related.<br><br>Doing VoIP speed tests, my QoS is really low, depending on the time of the day goes from 2% to 38% (before with Videotron was always 80%+).<br><br>I asked Acanac tech and they say that the solution is lowering my profile (currently 6016/800 interleaved).<br><br>I made a test with this site DSL test  and the results are :<br><br>&raquo;<A HREF="/linequality/nil/2441269">/linequality/nil/2441269</A><br><br>That's all! <br><br>Thanks in advance and sorry if I'm asking something that was previously asked a zillion times before (I'm searching looking the posts but there are a lot of them).<br><br>/Cheers<br><br>J.]]></description>
