I've looked up your particular modem and I'm not finding much, but it sounds as though it's just like the modems we're familiar with. IF you open up Command Prompt and type in ipconfig and press Enter, look for the Default Gateway IP address. Once you get that, open up a web browser and type in that address. If it lets you in without a username and password, look for these stats. If not, trying your ISP username and password or admin/admin or admin/password might let you in. If need be, you can try to call your ISP to see if they can help you log into the modem and get your line stats.
Sorry if I'm not much of a help. If the modem were a Westell modem, I'd be able to help. Since I'm working with Google's Scrappings, I'm in a learning mode :P |

| That's exactly what I'm looking for! Those stats look fine, and you're very close to your exchange (I bet you that you may be able to see it from your home). I'm not sure if anons can do this yet, but if you visit the Tools page on this forum and you run a tweak test, you can see if your PC is set up for the speeds you have. If the tweak test comes up bad and none of the suggested fixes work, register on this site and run a Line Quality Test (make sure your modem isn't going to block incoming ping/anon requests first) and post up the line quality test. |

@NET.PH | Thanks! i'll do that right away... |
