Re: McAfee 2008, did i get the wrong version ? Do you have McAfee Icon by your clock in lower right of your screen? (I dont have Vista) IF so, right click, select scan, select specifc drives or folders etc. This view only works in "Basic Menu".
I looked at the 2009 version at McAfee dot com and it appears to not change from my 2008 version. I also do not have your latest versions of Security Center (8) or AV Engine (12). We may have some differences in our product. |

2 edits | Yes i have the icon in the tray.
If i do as you stated i get the the same scan window. in the scan window i can Quick scan, Full scan, Let me chose, and all that i can chose is the whole drive and not files or folder as it dose not go to taht level.
Oh ya, i am runing XP SP3, and it is McAfee AV 2008 Plus. |
