OK... The card works fine WITHOUT WPA key. Can't ask to work better or faster. Just can't use password. Any help for this?

The OC		 Try running wpa_supplicant from the command line in the foreground. That will show you the authentication details. I've found that to be very helpful in tracking down the fly in the ointment.
