hszeto join:2002-06-05	No, BroadVoice stopped allowing callers to call BroadVoice users via SIP URI like 10-digit_telephone_number@broadvoice.com Of course BroadVoice supplies user with SIP credential for user to enter into her/his own ATA as part of BOYD.

I apologize if there was some sort of misunderstanding. I notice you joined BBR in July, but our beta trials were in March. Did this happen with a diferent BBR username?
