You do not need to change that.<br><br>If you want to change the MTU for your connection, you should do it on your modem/router. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I have a Lan card, VIA Rhine II Fast ethernet adapter. It's MTU is 1500. I want to change it to 1480. <br><br>I tried to use the DRTCP program that i downloaded from this site. But it didn't change my Lan card's MTU. It only change the WAN (PPP/SLIP) Interface to 1480.<br><br>here's my computer info:<br>OS: XP service pack 2<br>Ethernet PPPoE<br>ISP: DSL Broadband<br>Speed: 768 kbps<br><br>I am using a wired router ADSL. Please someone help me.]]></description>
