Comcast HSI → [Connectivity] Tracert problems, can't connect to some sites.

I can't seem to connect to certain webpages for some reason - it just times out, while others (even at the same location) work fine. Here's a tracert:

I'm not using a proxy and my router looks fine. Everything worked fine last night, just started having these problems this morning. manassas, va

I'm in Gainesville, VA. It's horrible this morning, I can't get to half the sites I try.

Having the same issue in Frederick, MD. (Formerly Adelphia area, but that doesn't seem to matter.) Issues cropped up around 4am.

In Rockville, MD, and I noticed this problem around midnight, and still had the problem this morning.

It would seem that they have a circuit or router down, or a problem with BGP or some other routing protocol.

I'd expect that it will get fixed fairly promptly.

Unless you can get to support level three it is unlikely that you'll find a rep who will understand the problem.

Same issue here with static ip on comcast business.

Can anyone else get to ebay?

Same issues here in Jefferson, MD; everything was fine yesterday, then became pretty bad earlier this morning. Good to see that this is a general issue for a number of people, so hopefully Comcast is on it.

Hey priller. I'm in Gainesville also and experiencing the same as everyone else.

I am in Germantown Maryland - same problem. Many sites not working, others fine. This is as of 9:34 AM today (Oct 13th).

Comcast is a joke, wish I wasnt stuck with them

Try using this web proxy as a temporary workaround:

There was a problem in the Maryland area today (affecting routing through White Marsh). This has now been resolved.
