I only had cable tv and internet with them prior to bundling. They had no trouble adding my cellphone service onto my grandfathered 15% plan and renewing it for a year(this was retentions though). I even confirmed on my bill that it was, indeed, 15% off. I get the impression from The Star article that if you call in, and "commit" to another two years, you will be "grandfathered" on the discount.
