Its quite quite old actually! When i moved into my house in 06 it took 4 services to get 15% not 2. Its been this way for a long long time.

Thanks. I believe what you'll see in the next year is Rogers attempting to encourage their customer's to take advantage of the Home Advantage package and eventually eliminating the Better Bundles packages.
