Naa, its more like you pay more because of the "our technology won't let us block basic cable and provide internet so we have to charge you for the cable your gonna get anyway" penalty.

Minus "taxes and fees" of course.

So your now paying $15-20 more a month for HSI because of the "How dare not subscribe to our over priced TV services" penalty ?
