F9 routes and billing

Are these applicable for Pay as you go account? What about Bare essential or america free plan?

I'm on BE essential plan and most of the time I'm unable to connect to US and Canada numbers. Will I get charge extra if I put 04+number on BE plan to US/CA numbers?

Dial:
GREY route: 02+number
WHITE route: 03+number
PREMIUM route: 04+number

I see that F9 charges me .01c for calling CA numbers when I put 04 infront of the number. I'm on monthly BE plan.

 Those are not applicable to US & Canada. You shouldn't have problems connecting to those - please IM me your account number and the numbers you were dialing and not reaching. I think the problem is specific to your account and configuration.
